During this special event, you will learn from Isadora Quay, CARE Internationals global coordinator for gender in emergencies, how Rapid Gender Analysis (RGA) can help equip your organisation to meet standards on gender equality, even in complex emergencies. The revised IASC Gender Handbook recommends Rapid Gender Analysis (RGA) as the approach to gender analysis in emergencies.
