Over 260 exhibitors from Italy and 21 other countries at REAS 2023

The REAS 2023 international exhibition, the major annual event for the emergency, civil protection, first aid and firefighting sectors, is growing

The 22nd edition, which will take place from 6 to 8 October at the Montichiari Exhibition Centre (Brescia), will see an increase in the participation of organisations, companies and associations from all over the world: there will be more than 265 exhibitors (+10% compared to the 2022 edition), from Italy and 21 other countries (19 in 2022), including Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Croatia, Great Britain, Latvia, Lithuania, the United States, China and South Korea. The exhibition will cover a total exhibition area of more than 33,000 square metres and will occupy the eight pavilions of the exhibition centre. More than 50 conferences and side events are also planned (20 in 2022).

All the activities and initiatives dedicated to the rescue and civil protection sector are very important, especially to cope with the many emergencies that unfortunately occur more and more often in our country” said Attilio Fontana, President of the Lombardy Region, at the press conference today at Palazzo Pirelli in Milan. “Therefore, an event like REAS is welcome, as it allows us to present all the innovative products in this sector at an international level and also to improve the training of volunteers. The REAS exhibition is therefore to be supported, not only for the needs in the emergency sector in Lombardy, but also for the whole of Italy”, he says.

We are pleased to record these clearly growing numbers” emphasised Gianantonio Rosa, President of the Montichiari Exhibition Centre, in turn. “Emergency prevention and management activities are essential for the safety of our communities. REAS 2023 confirms itself as the reference trade fair for companies that develop technologies and services with the aim of improving intervention standards“.
