REAS 2022: news for the world of emergency and rescue
REAS 2022 ends with record numbers: over 25,000 volunteers and emergency workers participated in the event
A particularly successful edition is that of the 21st International Emergency Exhibition, a reference point for the productive and commercial realities of the sector, Bodies, Institutions, State Bodies and Voluntary Associations.
More than 240 exhibitors, representing twenty different countries, exhibited their novelties on the REAS 2022 Stands
Firefighting, civil protection, first aid, volunteers: these are the main targets to which the companies present at the fair have turned.
And in addition to the latter, direct protagonists were also the rescue drivers.
In this regard, our friends, as well as collaborators of Formula Guida Sicura, organized on Saturday 8 October, the Driver of the Year trophy, nowin its tenth edition.
Let’s see what were the innovations introduced by some of the realities present at REAS 2022
From the new FG MICRO H2O sanitization system developed by Focaccia Group to the radio communications systems designed by Sinora, Motorola Solutions’ Platinum partner.

And still remaining on the subject of defibrillators, EMD 112 has also brought some news to the International Emergency Exhibition.
In fact, the Prestan line was presented on its stand, including the new RCP/BLDS training items.
Among these stand out, in particular, the RCP/BLDS and DAE trainer dummies, available in three different versions: Ultralite, Professional and series 2000.
In the panorama of medical devices, Spencer introduced, at the fair, the new motorized stretcher and thebariatric enlargement piano for stretchers (S-WING), an extremely important accessory to facilitate the transport of obese patients even in confined spaces.

And again, the multi-level stretcher support (BOB MULTILEVEL 4), an easy-to-install and maintain ambulance platform, and theMERET emergency bags and backpacks, a premium line of backpacks and professional bags for BLS and ALS, were presented.
Moving on to the ambulance and special vehicle sector, Mariani Fratelli has brought into the spotlight two Fiat Ducatos with NewTime trim and classic equipment, the Volkswagen Transporter T6.1 con Rescue Compact equipment and the Man TGE 3.180 with the Rescue Star version.
Volkswagen on the shields also in the land of Romagna: the Transporter T6 of EDM Forlì stood out at REAS.

And still remaining on the subject, the novelties of the other leader in the vehicle equipment, ORION, were the new equipment on Ford Transit, the Quadra Evolution trim, the Future Floor Promobility and the intuitive control unit.

Obviously, to participate in the fair were also the voluntary associations, including, to name a few, COES and Civil Protection Piedmont, two important realities.
An event, therefore, full of novelty and originality for operators in the sector: REAS 2022 is over but has left behind many new stimuli.
