Moscow (Russia): only one day left to the VIII International Nursing Summit, one of the most significant events for nurses

Russia: in 8 years the Summit has become an integral part of nurses’ professional life

The organiser of the autumn session, NIGHT OF DPO Higher Medical School, will hold it in a hybrid form: from 13 to 15 September the event will be held online and on 16 September there will be an in-person part Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chita, Samara and Nizhnevartovsk.

The event is expected to cover more than 10,000 participants.

The International Nursing Summit not only allows you to see international experience and Russian best practices, but also fulfils an important mission: to develop nursing in Russia and raise the prestige of the profession.

Each summit highlights how many highly qualified nurses there are in Russia

In addition, the summit platform provides an opportunity to discuss problems faced by mid-level specialists.

The Summit openly discusses issues affecting nurses.

The following topics will be covered during the online session:

  • Emergency medicine and emergency medicine,
  • nursing in nephrology,
  • the role and tasks of the nurse in the organisation of palliative care,
  • nursing in radiology and functional diagnostics,
  • current topics in midwifery practice.

In the management section with the chief and senior nurses, tools for effective staff management will be discussed.

It is very important to discuss not only the quality of medical care, but also topics related to working conditions and the psychological state of midlevel specialists.

During the face-to-face meeting in Moscow there will be an exhibition “Tools of Nursing Practice”.

The International Nursing Summit has become a favourite event in the nursing community over the years.
