Without water, and with electricity arriving thanks to a power station that has been constantly bombed for a week, with the easily imaginable effects: this is the condition of those living in the city.

But relief has come from the Fire Brigade, which not only distinguishes itself in putting out fires resulting from the armed conflict, but also in civil protection operations such as donating water.
